American IPA, 5.9%. The original modern American IPA & one of our personal favourites, this beer kick-started a craft brewing revolution in the States. Dry, hoppy & refreshing with pine & citrus hop notes balancing the sweet malt backbone
Porter, 5.6%. Brewed in the traditional English porter style, with a bucket-load of American hops to give a truly robust flavour and full body. Expect plenty of coffee and dark chocolate from the roasted malts. Great accompaniment to meat dishes
Session IPA, 4.3%. Beavertown’s flagship session IPA with light citrusy notes & a big hop punch! Super refreshing and quaffable at any time of day or night
Grapefruit IPA, 5.5%. A fresh & zesty version of their West Coast IPA brewed using real grapefruit & juice. Initial hoppy bitterness followed by a wave of pink grapefruit and citrus with a clean finish
Gooseberry Gose, 4.1%. A take on the traditional German style Gose, brewed with gooseberries, sea buckthorn & salt to give the beer a lightly sour, fruity and tart flavour with a salty finish that makes it an excellent accompaniment to food
Pale ale, 4.3%. Award winning US style pale ale from Rooster’s Brewing Co. showcasing the fresh, floral Yakima Valley Cascade hops against a soft malty backbone

American pale ale, 5.4%. Multi award-winning American pale ale which needs no introduction. Heavily hopped right through before being dry hopped for days to give a huge tropical flavour & finish
Belgian IPA, 6.9%. Quite simply one of the finest beers available today from one of the world’s most revered brewers. Their signature IPA is given a twist via carefully selected Belgian yeast strains which brings to light a whole new sweet, spicy character to the beer without losing its West Coast IPA heritage. A real must try for anyone partial to either style!
Belgium is the spiritual home of beer and has a bewildering array of styles, breweries and flavours. Expect strong and unusual flavours and in many cases a substantial ABV too!
Trappist, 9.0%. Chimay’s grand reserve, a powerful dark beer full of complex fruit & malt flavours. Surprisingly drinkable at a hefty 9%, this is quite simply one of the finest beers Belgium has to offer.
Trappist dubbel, 7.0%. The original Belgian dubbel, unchanged for over 100 years. Full of sweet roasted malt flavours with a smooth bitter finish, a really exceptional beer.
Trappist tripel, 9.5%. A clear golden Trappist tripel. Soft, creamy mouthfeel alongside the classic flavours of candied sugar, yeasty esters and stone fruits. Delicious, soft and complex with a whopping kick from its strength.
Abbey amber ale, 8.4%. A beautiful Belgian abbey beer, amber in colour with a strong spicy and fruity aroma and delicate bitterness. Served in some of the world’s best glassware!
Abbey tripel, 8.4%. Still brewed to the original 17th century recipe of three grains, where it gets its name. Slightly sweet at first with hints of vanilla, balanced by light citrus & spice notes. A very special beer.
Belgian blonde, 6.0%. Golden beer with a fresh, spicy, aroma and honey-sweetness on the palate with a clean, dry finish
Strong blonde ale, 8.5%. The name is Latin for ‘the shakes’, so you know they mean business. Rich, sweet & thoroughly Belgian. Be careful of the whopping strength or you won’t just be seeing pink elephants on the glass!
Belgian IPA, 5.5%. ‘An Indian pale ale that’s not really from India and not really a pale ale’. The combination of Belgian yeasts & huge hop flavours make this a really extraordinary IPA, fans of either style won’t be disappointed with this beer.
Trappist Belgian ale, 6.2%. One of the best-loved Belgian ales around. Generously dry-hopped, giving the beer its signature floral aromas and dry palate. Rated a massive 99/100 on RateBeer.
Flanders red, 6.2%. A mixture of beers carefully oak aged for 8 to 18 months. This unique beer has a really tart, almost sour taste of red berries, ripe fruit nd dark chocolate balanced with a touch of malty sweetness.
Apple 3.5% / Kriek 3.5% / Cassis 3.5% / Framboise 2.5% / Pecheresse 2.5%. Traditional Lambic style fruit beers, spontaneously fermented, aged for up to two years and steeped in real fruit. A perfect balance between the sweet fruits and tart style to create an almost wine-like palate.
Borsari, Sicily, Italy. A soft and juicy red full of ripe brambles and red berries with pleasantly dry tannins.

Pascal Clement, Burgundy, France. A soft but overtly fruity red full of berry fruits and hints of vanilla balanced by a touch of toasted oak.
South Africa. A superb blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz and Malbec. Lots of ripe berry fruits on the nose and more on the palate; a soft, lingering finish with plenty of tannin.
Enrico Serafino, Alba, Italy. A dry, full-bodied red, matured in oak which gives the wine a robust palate dominated primarily by cherries, currants and a pleasant spice note balanced by the oak.
Chalk Hill, McLaren Vale, Australia. A superb red, packed with vibrant berries and stone fruits backed by toasted spices and delicate floral notes; a great match with cheese, red meat or game dishes.
El Velero, Valdepeñas, Spain. The Verdejo grape is an aromatic variety native to Spain which has plenty of citrus & orchard fruits on the palate with a floral finish.

Robert Mondavi, Napa Valley, USA. Robert Mondavi is widely regarded as a pioneer of the region’s wine-making tradition. This oaked Chardonnay is testament to the expertise that has established the area as one of the world’s finest wine producing regions.
Jean-Luc Columbo, Languedoc, France. The grapes are grown on a limestone plateau above the village, giving a full-bodied, fresh and floral taste with notes of ripe stone fruit and melon.

Hidalgo, AndalucÍa, Spain. A wonderfully sweet & decadent sherry. Aromas of raisins, figs & molasses with a full bodied & sticky palate packed with caramel & more dark fruits.
Graham’s, Douro Valley, Portugal. Aged for 4 to 6 years in oak casks until it develops rich notes of cherry, blackcurrant and liquorice. A perfect match to chocolate or cheese.
Torres, Catalunya, Spain. A superb dessert wine with aromas of orange blossom, honey, rose and a palate full of brandy, spices & toasted nuts. House Torres in Spain pride themselves on their ethical production methods and are world-renowned for their ability to marry traditional winemaking methods with modern innovations. This Moscatel is a lusciously sweet & sticky dessert wine, rather indulgent and great alongside creamy desserts or as a digestif.
Non-alcoholic & soft drinks
We’ve got plenty of choices for non-drinkers – from healthy fruit juices to alcohol-free cocktails, going to the pub on a school night needn’t be a problem anymore!
Pilsner, 0.5%. Proving that alcohol-free lager doesn’t have to be bland and flavourless, this beer has the body and crisp hoppy flavours of its full strength counterpart minus the booze.
Wheat beer, 0.5%. An outstanding low alcohol wheat beer with a light, malty taste & long refreshing finish.
Wheat beer, 0.4%. A driver-friendly version of the full strength brew which loses almost none of the original flavour. Fizzy with a solid head and a touch of spice.
Cider, 0.5%. Matured in old oak casks to give all the depth & flavour you’d expect from Weston’s cider, but at only 0.5% ABV.
