Our new Autumn Menu launches this Thursday

Our favourite time of year is quickly approaching – and where better to spend a chilly Autumn evening than at the Broadfield, cosied up by the hearth with friends and family? So while we wave goodbye to summer vibes, we’re also stoked to give you a sneak preview of our new menu launching this week on Thursday 26th September.
Expect luxurious comfort food with a twist – our new menu features an Autumnal mix of hearty pub classics alongside international cuisine and a range of unique choices for vegetarians and vegans.
New dishes include…
Starters
Venison koftas with smoked baba ganoush, pistachios & picked cucumber BBQ broccoli with satay sauce, smoked peanuts, crispy noodles & pickled chilli (VG)
Mains
Beetroot and spelt pasta with walnut ricotta & basil oil (V, VGO) Slow braised shin of beef with French onion soup, beef dripping fondant, gruyere crumb & onion relish
Desserts (each paired with a suggested whisky from our collection)
Blackcurrant tart with orange sorbet & sherbet sours Recommended with Auchentoshan 12 Year Old
Whisky bourbon pie with vanilla ice cream and maple glaze Recommended with Woodford Reserve
