Get to grips with our new summer food menu!
Following on from our well-received Spring menu, we've launched a new menu packed with flavour!
The summer edition takes influence from across the globe, with the range of dishes on offer ensuring a journey of taste for anyone who chooses to visit.
Firm favourites find their way back onto the menu, with maple glazed ham hocks, a selection of pies, sausages and fish + chips here to stay, however they're accompanied by a selection of alternative twists.
No stranger to vegetarian and vegan options, the menu includes a refreshing amount of alternative options to satisfy a variety of culinary preferences.
Why not start with the pickled beetroot carpaccio with whipped goats’ cheese, walnuts, chive oil &
asparagus tips or the smoked sweet potato chilli empanadas with sweetcorn puree & chipotle oil?
Fear not though meat eaters, you’re still well catered for. Why not venture towards one of the new additions, with the salt & pepper crispy beef and parmesan chicken Milanese being tipped as future Broadfield favourites.
The lunch time lovers need not to worry either, as there’s a new array of sandwich items that find their way into the menu. Get your hands on the new BBQ cola pulled beef shin, salt & pepper tofu, shredded pork gyros, buffalo mozzarella or shrimp po’ boy!
Those with a sweet tooth and room for more will also be happy, as there’s a selection of new desserts to get stuck into. We’re earmarking the pineapple & rum Bakewell tart as the pick of the bunch; try them all and tell us otherwise?
